We have designed and developed the most premium and heavy-duty metal case for the Raspberry Pi 4B, period. Made of high thermal conductivity aluminium, the case itself acts as a heat sink dissipating heat from within i.e. Raspberry Pi into the atmosphere thus keeping the board cool.
The kit comes with a low-noise, high RPM cooling fan that can be attached to the case. The cooling fan effectively pulls out heat from the board and pushes it out of the case and thus bringing in cool air from outside. The fan keeps the air circulating keeping the board temperatures very low and thus the Pi does not overheat and throttle and keeps performing smoothly at full potential.
To further aid with the cooling of the system, there are 4 heat sinks, one each for the CPU (processor), RAM, USB Controller & ethernet controller. The heat sinks effectively pull heat away from these parts and push it out which is in turn sucked out by the cooling fan. The heat sinks come with thermal stickers at the bottom and attaching them is very easy. Just peel and stick.
