We at GoFree ensure that we pack the products well in “transit proof” boxes before shipping out. But at times due to rough handling of our logistics partners, the items may get damaged. Please accept our most sincere apologies.
If you find product received is damaged, within 24 hours of the item delivered to you, please take a few photographs of the damaged item and email it to hello@gofreegear.com along with your contact information and most importantly order id.
We will analyze the information provided in the email and arrange for a return pickup and also provide a 100% refund of the order value along with any shipping charges you may have paid.

All GoFree products are quality tested before shipping and are covered under warranty for manufacturing defects up to 6 months (1 year for data cables). Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and not wear and tear damage or other damage occurring due to abusive usage or misuse of the product.
